Abyssal acquired by Ocean Infinity
Software engineering firm Abyssal has been acquired by Houston-based Ocean Infinity.
Marine robotics company Ocean Infinity has acquired software engineering company Abyssal. All of Abyssal’s 38 employees will move to the Ocean Infinity Group and will be based in Porto, Portugal under the Ocean Infinity brand.

Abyssal specialises in developing software solutions for the offshore industry that are geared towards improving the safety and efficiency of subsea operations.
