CMA CGM Makes $3b Logistics Deal with Ingram Micro
In efforts to expand the companies gain into end-to-end logistics, CMA CGM has announced that its made commitment to buy the majority of Ingram Micro’s Commerce & Lifecycle Services (CLS) with an estimated close of transaction date in 2022 for $3 billion.
The specific CLS business that was purchased relates to logistics outsourcing for e-commerce and order fulfillment.
