Aibel Inks Four Contracts with Equinor for $560 million

On November 23 Norwegian-based oil and gas company Equinor announced they have awarded Aibel four contracts for an estimated $560 million.

Aibel was awarded these contracts on behalf of their license partners located in Krafla, Gina Krog, Asterix, and Gassco at Kårstø.

Equinor’s chief procurement officer stated, “The contracts will require a large-scale effort by Aibel’s Norwegian organization, including personnel in Haugesund, Harstad, Asker, and Stavanger.”
