Valaris Wins a Two-Year Contract for Drillship Reactivation
A financially undisclosed amount for a 2-year contract was just awarded to Valaris the US offshore drilling contractor to reactivate one of their drillships for Esso Exploration Angola.
The Valaris DS-9 a 2015-built rig is currently located in the Canary Islands in Spain where is will be reactivated for the use of Esso Exploration Angola once the contract begins in June 2022.
