DoD Awards Multi-Million Dollar Contract to Bollinger
Bollinger to Begin Construction for US Navy
The United States Department of Defense has awarded a contract worth US$ 33.7 million to Bollinger Shipyards, based in Louisiana, for the construction of two dry dock caissons. The caissons are to be built in Kittery, Maine, at the United States Navy’s Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
The project is expected to be completed by fall 2025.
