Eight Additional Car Carriers Ordered by K Line
As vehicle car carrier newbuilds continue on the rise, Japan’s Kawasaki Kisan Kaisha (K Line) has ordered eight additional LNG-fueled car carriers after acquiring their first.
Collectively the ships will be built at Nihon Shipyard, Shin Kurushima Dockyard and China Merchants Jinling Shipyard and are forecasted to begin delivery in 2023 through 2025.
