Woman Falls Overboard on Carnival Cruise Ship
Foul Play Suspected Amid Cruise Ship Fall
On December 11 it was suspected that a woman fell overboard from her fifth-floor balcony stateroom on a Carnival cruise ship while traveling with her boyfriend and another relative.
An onboard paramedic close to the situation suspects foul play and now, the FBI is getting involved.
The Carnival Miracle had an estimated 1,100 people onboard as it was sailing from California to Mexico.
The 25 year old woman reportedly fell off the ship near the coast of Ensenada, Mexico.
The Coast Guard deployed search and rescue efforts for 31 hours and then ended their services.
The FBI now has the case.
