China and Liberia form Maritime Safety Partnership
MOU Signed by China and Liberia for Commitment to Maritime Safety
With already a working maritime agreement in place between the Maritime Safety Administration of China and the Liberian Maritime Authority, both countries have stepped up their commitment to the cause by recently signing an Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) to expand such agreement.
Chine and Liberia are committed to expand and focus on promoting safety at sea, seafarer training and welfare, port state control, marine environmental protection and more.
