Containers Fall Onboard ONE Vessel at Sea
Containers Collapse on Ocean Network Express Vessel
An announcement was made by Ocean Network Express (ONE) advising that on January 7 containers were to have collapsed onboard the vessel with some even going into the sea from aboard the 2018-built Madrid Bridge.
The 13,900 TEU vessel was in the Atlantic heading for New York when the accident was to have occurred.
ONE released a statement that said, “Our immediate priorities are to ensure the safety of the crew, the vessel and the cargo on board. Delays to the vessel’s schedule are expected.”
