Containers Fall into Pacific Ocean from COSCO Ship
It was recently announced that an incident occurred last month involving a 4,500 TEU COSCO containership and the loss of containers at sea.
On November 23 the MV Cosco Nagoya was traveling to the US from Busan, South Korea when an incident was to occur that resulted in the vessel losing 32 containers at sea and 27 containers collapsed from a surveyors assessment.
A spokesperson from COSCO stated that the incident was not a serious as originally perceived.
