Heavy Storms Cause Container Collapse Aboard Vessel Near Egypt
Heavy storms battered the sea near the Port of Alexandria in Egypt on December 8 causing Wadi AlRayan a 3,013TEU container ship vessel to lose containers at sea and in the process, damaged others aboard the ship.
The ship has been anchored at the Port of Alexandria since the incident while the investigation continues as there’s no account for how many containers were lost in the waters.
