Investigation Finds 30 Containers Were Lost on ONE Vessel

An Ocean Network Express (ONE) vessel was reported to have lost containers while heading to New York on January 7.

Reports have come in by cargo claims specialist WK Webster to announce that after reviewing the information of the container collapse aboard the 2018-built Madrid Bridge, it appears that 30 container boxes were lost at sea.

WK Webster released a statement that said, “It is not currently clear how extensive the collapse of stow is but it is reported that the vessel lost at least 30 containers overboard.” The statement continued, “We are currently seeking to establish the extent of the losses overboard and damage to cargo.”
