Offentliggjort

Another ship has gotten stuck in the Suez Canal, this time the vessel is a bulk carrier.

On September 9 the Coral Crystal was stuck only briefly, approximately 15 minutes, in the northern section of the Suez Canal while carrying 43,000 tons of cargo.

The Suez Canal Authority (SCA) reported the Panama-flagged vessel was able to re-float without damages, disrupting traffic, or causing any shipping delays.

The Coral Crystal was last reported on September 10 as sailing the Red Sea on its continued voyage to Port Sudan.
