Royal Caribbean Updates Construction Status of LNG-powered Vessel
Milestone Reached for Construction of LNG-powered Royal Caribbean Vessel
Progress is being made for Royal Caribbean International in their efforts of implementing liquid nitrogen gas (LNG) powered ships into their fleet.
The cruise line announced the fuel tank for the Icon of the Seas vessel, the first of their three LNG-powered ships just had its fuel tank installed.
The 307 tonnes, 90ft long Icon Class vessel is expected to deliver 2023.
