Cruise Tourism Expected to Rise in Turkey
250 Cruise Ship Reservations Made at Turkish Port
An estimated 250 ship reservations were made for 2022 at the newly established cruise ship port Galataport Istanbul in Turkey which on October 1 entered service.
Deputy General Manager Figen Ayan of Galataport Istanbul Port Operations stated, “We are planning to reach the passenger ship traffic in our port, which we have been waiting for years, in a short time. We have received nearly 250 ship reservations for 2022. We will continue to contribute to cruise tourism with our cruise ships that we expect to host next year.”
