Danish-based Monjasa Expands with Additional Office in US

Since Danish-based Monjasa expanded to the US in 2011 with their first office in Stamford, Connecticut they have had massive volume increase through 2020 which has prompted them to now open an additional office in Houston, Texas.

The new office of service is to connect upstream and downstream relations for business within the US Gulf Area.

The Managing Director, Rasmus Jacobsen of Monjasa Americas stated, “Today, we believe that Houston reflects a contemporary oil and shipping hub, where shipowners are giving more focus to logistics and product specifications than before IMO 2020,” he continued, “This massive area holds opportunities for making a real difference by bridging our oil and shipping relationships and ensuring availability of several different fuel grades and specifications. Matching supply and demand across the supply chain is exactly where Houston and Monjasa are good for each other.”
