SIPG Denies Reports of Port Delays

Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG), located in China, has stated that reports of severe port congestion due to Shanghai’s lockdown, implemented on March 28th due to a COVID-19 outbreak, are false.

SIPG went on to say that operations and productivity have remained similar to this same time last year, despite the lockdown.

SIPG went on to state, “All production units in Shanghai Port are currently operating normally 24 hours a day, except for extreme bad weather.”
