Royal Dutch Shell Sales All Oil and Gas Assets in Egypt
Egypts Western Sahara Desert Oil and Gas Assets Sold by Royal Dutch Shell
Cheiron Petroleuim an Egypt-based company and Cairn Energy a UK-based company have become the new owner of Royal Dutch Shell’s oil and gas assets of Egypt’s Western Sahara Desert region for an amount of $926 million.
The sell of assets was completed as Royal Dutch Shell would like to focus its attention on their Egyptian territorial waters operations.
