Upgrades at the Seuz Canal Container Terminal

After the recent improvements and more than $60m investment upgrades, this now makes the Seuz Canal Container Terminal (SCCT), Egypt’s only port that can concurrently serve two mega vessels without affecting efficiency.

12 of the terminal’s 18 STS cranes can now handle ultra large container vessels, 6 STS (ship-to-shore) cranes were heightened, a gate expansion and new yard equipment are just a few of the major and minor upgrades at the terminal.
