Filipino-Flagged Vessel to Call in the US
It’s been 45 years since a ship from the Philippines has called in the US but all of that has changed this week as the Iris Paoay an 1,100 teu cargo ship will be the first to call.
Owned by Iris Logistics, the Filipino-flagged vessel embarked on its maiden voyage to Los Angeles on September 24 from Manila in the Philippines.
