Cybersecurity MOU Signed Between Panama Maritime Authority and ClassNK

Panama Maritime Authority has recently signed an MOU with ClassNK to increase its cybersecurity measures and to help research and understand directions of trends when it comes to potential risks involving the maritime community.

“By integrating the knowledge and expertise from both flag state and classification society, we are confident in developing measures against cyber risks that are appropriate for the industry to deploy,” said AMP General Director of Merchant Marine.
