Bangladesh and Thailand Sign Maritime MOU
Maritime and Trade MOU Jointly Signed by Bangladesh and Thailand
On December 20 via a virtual platform, the Chittagong Port Authority in Bangladesh and the Port Authority of Thailand signed an memorandum of understanding (MOU) in regards to the two countries enhancing connectivity of maritime services and trade.
In a statement released by the foreign ministry it stated, “Under the agreement, both ports will be benefited through collaboration in port management, operations, bilateral communication, port connectivity, coastal shipping, port-related industry and investment promotion.”
