Newly Opened Logistics Center for Maersk in Barcelona

A newly constructed and now open logistics center for Maersk was recently launched in Barcelona, Spain.

The 11-meter-high storage area spread over an 8,168 m2 area was built to expand transfer operations in Barcelona while servicing the Iberian Peninsula and South of France.

Diego Perdones, managing director for Southwest Europe and Maghreb at Maersk stated, “This facility is equipped with the most modern technology for logistics activity, a key aspect in the global supply chain that is increasingly focused on the flow and visibility of information behind the movement of goods.”
