CMA CGM Ingram Micro CLS Purchase Complete
Ingram Micro Acquired by CMA CGM
France based shipping giant, CMA CGM, has acquired the majority of logistics company Ingram Micro’s Commerce and Lifestyle Services (CLS) business.
In December of last year, 2021, CMA CGM and Ingram Micro inked the US$ 3 billion deal, which now finalized, will effectively make CMA CGM’s logistics subsidiary, CEVA, the fourth largest in the world.
