Port Everglades to Begin Disney Terminal Design

Port Everglades, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States, has just received approval from local authorities for a terminal design contract, intended to turn its Terminal 4 into one of Disney Cruise Line’s home ports as part of a 15-year agreement.

The project, which requires the terminal to undergo an interior and exterior makeover, is expected to be completed in late 2023.

The local Mayor, Michael Udine of Broward County, commented, “Disney is known for its remarkable creativity worldwide. I’m sure this new terminal will reflect the magical Disney experience for travelers. We are certainly very happy and complimented that Disney Cruise Line will be sailing from our Port Everglades.”
