Norden to Provide Green Shipping Alternative

Norden, a Denmark based shipping company, has recently launched a new net zero carbon option for its customers.

The company will utilize waste cooking oil to fuel its vessels, which doesn’t require any modifications to engines. Norden is implementing this solution with the goal of achieving carbon neutral emissions by 2050.

Norden’s Head of Logistics and Climate Solutions, Adam Nielsen, said, “our ambition is to help our customers reduce carbon emissions in the supply chain. To this end, we are very proud to offer an eco-friendly freight transport using pure, carbon-neutral biofuel.”
