Bookings Paused for Hapag-Lloyd Shipments to Jordan

A high backlog of cargo scheduled for bookings headed to port in Aqaba, Jordan is beginning to increase therefore, Hapag-Lloyd has decided to temporarily suspend all new bookings leaving from North Europe immediately.

A statement released by the German box carrier stated, “This is a temporary situation, and we will keep you informed of any further developments and aim to re-open the booking acceptance as soon as this is operationally possible.”
