Wan Hai Lines Expands its Fleet with Chartered Vessel Purchase
New $40.5m Chartered Feeder Ship for Wan Hai
After already chartering the Box Express from Greek owner Allseas Marine since June 2020, Wan Hai Lines has now made a decision to outright buy the vessel.
Wan Hai Lines will purchase the 2016-built 1,700TUE vessel for $40.5 million resulting in a $15m profit for Allseas as they originally purchased the vessel for $25m.
