Inpex to Explore Offshore Drilling in Japan
Inpex recently awarded Japan Drilling Company (JDC) a contract for the semisubmersible rig Hakaryu 5 to conduct the exploration of oil and gas offshore near the north of Yamaguchi, Japan.
The project is to begin in March and shows the 1997-built rig booked through July.
