NYNJ Port Leadership to Change as Director Retires
The Port of New York and New Jersey, located in the United States, has recently revealed that Beth Rooney, current deputy director of the port, will be replacing the current director, Sam Ruda, when he retires in May. Rooney has over 30 years of experience in the maritime industry.
Ruda has served as director for three years. He said, “It has been an honor and privilege to be part of the senior leadership team at the port authority and to preside over this nationally important seaport complex.”
